He has no idea how to handle customers, when caught in a lie he walks away and would not tell me who his manager was, saying "I'm the manager" as he walks away. I suggest no customer contact for him and some remedial training on how to be a Assistant Manager and how to be honest with Brookshire customers. Hopefully his manager will address the issue, I did call the corporate office to report this unprofessional conduct
